Pete’s UPTOWN BLONDE (Style: American Pale Wheat Ale)
 
Light, full flavored and sumptuous to taste. A great introduction to “craft” brewed beers and for those who prefer a lighter taste and low bitterness. California Buckwheat honey lends a interesting dimension to complement lighter fare. Savor this Uptown Blonde. The first sip could lead to a fuller craft beer experience.
 
Pete’s MIDTOWN ALE (Style: American Pale Ale)
 
Of British origin, this American Pale Ale, offers a rich, crisply hopped character with a medium malt profile. Nuances of toffee and vanilla unfold across a bright, clean texture. Dry hopping establishes an assertive American hop aroma and flavor.
 
Pete’s OLD TOWN RED (Style: American Amber/Red Ale)
 
This medium bodied brew posses a rich malty flavor and ruby red color derived from the use of imported, kiln roasted caramel malts. It’s smooth malt middle is well complemented by a crisp yet subtle hip finish. Pete’s Old Town Red is truly well balanced pint in the Amber Ale tradition.
 
Pete’s SKINNER’S HORSE IPA (Style: English India Pale Ale {IPA})

First brewed in England and exported for the British troops in India in the late 1700’s, IPA’S were strong and highly hopped to withstand the long voyage, Pete’s Skinner’s Horse IPA is created from a base of Pale and Crystal malts and is aggressively hopped throughout the brewing process with a final hop addition in the conditioning vessel. A beautiful flowery hip aroma with the middle caramel malt presence balances high hop bitterness with hop flavor end to end.

FIRESTONE PALE ALE

Firestone Pale Ale offers a rich, crisply hopped character with a medium profile. Nuances of toffee and vanilla unfold across a bright, clean texture. hopping establishes an assertive American hop aroma and flavor.
